Soul singer Etta James dies @ 73

Soul singer Etta James has died aged 73.Longtime friend and manager Lupe De Leon confirmed her death following complications from leukemia, which she had suffered from since 2010.
The singer, whose hits included 'Something's Got a Hold on Me' and 'At Last', also had dementia and hepatitis C.She died at a hospital in Riverside, California.Etta began singing aged 14 as part of a group and went on to go solo and win six Grammy Awards.She overcame a heroin addiction and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993.Pop star Beyonce played her in the 2008 film Cadillac Records
