GOTV, a new digital television has launched its new services in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
GM of the digital terrestrial TV, Mayo Okunola describes GOTV as ‘a low cost digital television service, offering the greatest selection of local channels, made in Africa for Africans as well as the best international channels’.
The new TV service offers up to 20 channels per frequency and will feature in its bouquet TV channels such as Africamagic Plus, Discovery, Disney Junior, E-Africa, E! Entertainment, Nickelodeon, Select Sport, Style, BBC World News and Al Jazeera.
In addition, local TV channels AIT, LTV, NTA Plus, NN24 and STV will also be featured.
GOTV, a subsidiary of DSTV is being launched by Details Nigeria, one of the licensed pioneers of Multipoint Multi-channel Distribution Services (MMDS) in Nigeria. (thenetng)
