Westminster Abbey Christmas card

It was one of the happiest events of the year and captured the heart of the nation.

So it is perhaps no surprise that Westminster Abbey decided to depict the Royal Wedding in April on its Christmas card.Based on the linocut design Smile Please by Hugh Ribbans the festive card shows the abbey with newlyweds Kate and William standing outside and crowds cheering.
