TMZ first reported that locally hired crew member Mike Huber was working on tearing down the set in a high-powered scissor lift when the machine tipped over and he sustained fatal injuries.
An investigation has now been launched into an accident, which happened on 22 November.
The ‘G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation’ cast includes Channing Tatum, Bruce Willis, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Adrianne Palicki, and is a follow up to the 2009 original. It’s set to be released in the US on June 29 2012.
