Piers Morgan and wife Celia expecting their first baby together

The wife of the former Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan is four months pregnant, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.


The news comes a year after she tied the knot with flamboyant Morgan, who is also a columnist for The Mail on Sunday’s Live magazine.
The child will be his fourth – he already has three sons from his first marriage – but his first with Celia, 34. The couple married in a quiet ceremony in Oxfordshire last June.

Morgan, 46, met the daughter of former Conservative MP George Walden on a photoshoot for the men’s magazine GQ.
He flirtatiously claimed she was a Brigitte Bardot lookalike, but at first admitted Ms Walden was ‘way out of my league’
He proposed on a romantic trip to Paris in 2009 by presenting Ms Walden with a book by her favourite novelist, American John Updike, entitled
Marry Me.

Previously he claimed he was planning to use a video recording he
had prepared of singer Stevie Wonder ordering Ms Walden to accept his proposal.

Piers Morgan Tonight began in January and so far he has interviewed some of America’s biggest stars including Oprah Winfrey and George Clooney.
French-born Ms Walden is a feature writer and columnist for the Daily
Telegraph.

Morgan and his first wife Marion Shalloe divorced in 2008 after nearly 20 years together.
