Hilton and Waits split

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have called it quits, it has been reported.
The hotel heiress and the club owner have not been seen together since June 3, when they attended an event in Las Vegas hand-in-hand.
Her spokeswoman Dawn Miller told People: "I can confirm that Paris Hilton and Cy Waits have ended their relationship. It was a joint and amicable decision. They both have respect and care for one another and ask for you to please respect their privacy."

At the Las Vegas event, Paris - who had credited Cy with helping to get her into shape - said: "We're just really happy where we are right now. We're good."
A friend told the magazine that the relationship ended on good terms.
"Paris still thinks of Cy as a great influence on her life, but she's just not ready for the next step in a relationship. They definitely are still friends."
