Former 'CSI' Star Gary Dourdan arrested

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the actor was arrested  3:55am in West Los Angeles,the actor was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The LAPD spokesperson confirmed that the actor was in a car at the time of the arrest, but stopped short of confirming it was a DUI.According to his booking sheet, Dourdan was held on $10,000 bail.
As previously reported, Dourdan pled guilty to three counts cocaine and ecstasy possession in May 2008, stemming from his April 2008 arrest in Palm Springs, Calif., where a patrol officer allegedly found the actor asleep behind the wheel of his car,which was parked facing the wrong way on the side of the road.Dourdan left the cast of CSI in 2008
