'Feeling alot better' Sean Kingston posts pic from hospital bed

In a sign that Sean Kingston is making great progress in his recovery following a horrific jet ski crash last month, the singer has taken to Twitter for the first time.
The hip-hop star posted a picture of himself holding the peace sign from inside his hospital room.
It is also the first time the 21-year-old has been seen following the terrible incident last month.

'Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!' he wrote along with the picture
