Two brothers drown in swimming pool as their mum slept

A New Jersey mother who woke up from her nap and couldn’t find her 3 and 5 year old sons - Kendell and Kenley Francois was forced to call the police in to help her find them.

The discovery that followed the search was completely heartbreaking. While their mum slept, both boys had climbed over their fence to go swimming in their neighbor’s swimming pool and had drowned.Their mother was quoted as saying:

“We were all in the house relaxing and playing. They were watching TV. I fell asleep and when I jumped up, I screamed.”

Their bodies were retrieved from the bottom of the pool and unable to resuscitate them, they were pronounced dead at the hospital.
